The mission of the Search Committee is to prayerfully seek, identify, and recommend to the congregation of North Shore Fellowship a candidate for the position of Senior Pastor. It is our intent to carry out the work entrusted to us diligently and prayerfully seeking the wisdom and will of God with all patience and discernment, walking together in unity and humility, and in all things living in submission to Christ.
